Dining in the Dark, May 10, 2008

Sincere thanks to all who participated in our first ever Dining in the Dark event in Tucson on Saturday, May 10. Sun Sounds hosted this inaugural event at the new Desert Diamond Hotel Casino on Nogales Highway.

Dining in the Dark is a new fundraising vision for Sun Sounds of Arizona, and we have plans to continue this very nice dinner – in the dark!

Dining in the Dark gives sighted people an opportunity to test their dexterity, use their other senses, and enjoy the flavors, smells and textures of their supper. The evening included a silent auction, great music, gift bag and scintillating comedy from TA Burrows.
